Weekly services & bi-weekly services
Bi-weekly
Bi-weekly mowing schedules are available at $10 more than weekly
charges.
What's not Included?
We do not bag clippings
If leaves are on the yard they will be mulched with the mowers. If you
would like us to rake up your leaves, we are available at our normal
hourly rate.
Landscape Maintenance
Trimming shrubs,flower bed weeding and any additional work other than
mowing is billed per hour.
Additional charges
Additional charges will apply for any debris that needs to be hauled away
at the your request.
Service Days
We work Monday through Friday. If necessary, we will use Saturdays to
help make up for any rain delays. Weekly mowing starts around the
2nd week in March. In the fall we recommend mowing on a bi-weekly
schedule and during the winter we recommend a monthly visit to keep
the lawns maintain.
Rain / Weather Delays
We will mow in light rain or after the rain subsides. If you think it is too
wet to mow, please contact us to skip service. If it rains heavily
throughout the day, we will be there the following day or on Saturday.
Pets/Yard Debris
We appreciate you letting us know if you have any pets that are kept
outside so that the crews will be aware of them. Our crews will make
every effort to keep the gate closed to ensure your pets safety.
Duration of Service
We ask for no contracts and there is no obligation to continue service. If
you decide to cancel services, any unpaid balance will be due immediately.
