Lawn Service
Our weekly and timely mowing service ensures your yard is looking its
best. We mow the front and back yard,trim the edges and blow off all
sidewalks and driveways every time we visit.
Please note:
Prices listed below are a guideline for an average property. Due to the
variety of lawn sizes and work involved in each job, prices will vary.
Your actual price of the job will be given to you at the time of the
estimate.
Pricing
Weekly Services Start at $30.00 for interior lots
Start at $35.00 for corner lots & cul-de-sac
Prices may vary on the size of your lot
Bi-weekly Services $10.00 more than weekly price
One time cut $50.00 minimum
Over grown or out of control lawns are subject to an additional charge.
In addition to lawn maintenance, we offer services to keep your
property looking great year round.
Flower Bed Maintenance
Services include flowerbed clean-up, mulch, hedge trimming and weed
removal. We also offer colorful seasonal planting. Contact us with any
questions or for an estimate.
Fertilizing
Our timely fertilization program is design to meet your lawns needs.
We apply a granular fertilizer made from the highest quality products.
Applications start at $40.00 each visit
Four applications per year
Grub Prevention
Treatment provides a barrier to stop grubs from feeding on your lawn.
We recommend this treatment to be applied in May or June for best
results.
Hedge Trimming
Another service we offer is trimming hedges and shrubs around your
property.
Spring/Fall Clean-ups
Clean-ups consist of mulching the leaves, raking the leaves and
collecting any other debris on the yard. Flower beds can also be
cleaned up at this time, as well as trimming shrubs.
Mulch
Keep your flowerbeds healthy & looking fresh with mulch. A new layer
of mulch 2-3 inches deep will help inhibit weeds, promote healthier
plants and much more.
Top Dressing
Top dressing the lawn is the process of adding a fine layer of soil to the
lawn surface. Topdressing benefits the lawn as it builds up the quality
of soil over time.
Trim Tree Limbs
Trim tree limbs away from the house and trim low hanging limbs.
Plant annuals
Plant colorful annuals in the Spring and the Fall.
